Hi y'all.
My name is Brynn. I'm a recently-turned-30 Minnesotan woman with a passion for feminism, social justice, dogs, reading, art, music, fun glasses, and all things Harry Potter. I'm a textbook INFJ, a proud Ravenclaw, and a highly sensitive person. I work as a high school counselor, a job that I love and feel very much called to do. Additionally, I live each day battling generalized anxiety disorder and major depression with tendencies towards obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I have created this space to document and share my mental health journey. My hope is that you will find that through reading my stories, you will be able to understand what life with mental illness can look like, how I cope, and to let you know that you are not alone if you, too, struggle with mental illness.
The stigma of mental illness has hurt me in so many ways, and I grow increasingly passionate about ending this stigma each day. This site is one of the ways I can contribute to end the stigma of mental illness.
Thank you so much for visiting!
